As for D,

Part of the pleasure of any toy lie in putting the toy together before playing with it.  It basically is out of scope.

我同意你对C选项的解释，但是前提推理结论那个部分我有点不同意见。

其实问前提，就是因为推理实际是有问题，是缺失了前提的，才会问你这个句子要补充一个什么前提才能推理正确。

证据是：以前小玩具都是自己组装的，现在都是装好的。

结论：所以，证明了 ”先努力后享受“已经不再灌输给小孩子了。

所以前提实际是隐含的，就是能将   过去玩玩具是需要人先组装的   ==>  过去小孩子懂得”先努力后享受“  这两个联系起来的因素

也就是C说的，你至少要证明，过的那些玩具确实是玩的人自己努力组装的，才能得出过去小孩子懂得”先努力后享受“这个结论。
