22题，我考试的时候选的是E，大概是based on the fact of he being ……than other candidates were. （忘了more是出现在句中哪里了，可能原句选项有些许出入）。这题我很确定，(今天晚场Verbal 47，我觉得我的SC应该基本都正确，我当时没把握的就是几道逻辑和阅读)，记住几个语法点：based应该搭配on，he being和后面的candidates were是对称的（虽然和prep及白勇并不推荐这种形式），纵观其他选项，有几个是more与as搭配必错，有几个是前后比较不同的概念，不要一看到he being就想当然认为是错的。GMAT也在变化变通。

另外针对那个demand for 和demand on的题目，我考试没碰到，但是查过朗文，如下：（我觉得大家不要把注意力放在demand on 还是for上，基本两个都可，意思上稍有差别，在没有上下文的情况下，现在难下结论，但是大家可以关注demand 的修饰词，many demands on是错的，demands一般用great,heavy修饰，下面朗文也有例句，many修饰demands不妥。

从上述解释看来：

1.例句中demand前的形容词都使用了great（不过在google中也搜得到用many的，故应该不是决定性因素）

2.题目中说的是该部门需要为另外10个部门提供服务，因此该部门有大量的需求

    强调的是需求，而不是要求或负担，因而用单数后接for

综上，我赞同770大牛选great demand for resources

加上一点看到楼上给出的朗文解释后的体会：

觉得demands on和demand for在语境上有细微的差别

demands on更强调由于某种情况的出现而迫使需求什么，也就是说主语往往是亟待解决的某个情况（如新生增多has demands on大量教师）

而demand for则更直接的表达行为发出者的需求

关于demand这道题，我想了想，还是great demand for resources比较通。

我的理由是，除了这个选项之外，其他的选项在resource之前都是有代词的(its, their)。而根据上下文意思我觉得这里并不需要代词，反而是泛指比较通顺。意思就是IT部门需要resource，而不是IT部门需要谁谁的resource。

还有那个  have a shot on/for  到底应该选哪个？？我普遍查到的都是 have a shot at...词霸的在线词典里有  have a shot for  但是都没有查到后面跟 on的

我觉得A中的THEY有问题。

FOR只能用表用途。。目的都用TO呀。。
