x，y都是大于1的正整数，问x是不是y的整数倍。条件1）x=3y²+7y=y(3y+7),y是正整数，所以3y+7也一定是正整数，所以x是y的整数倍。单独成立。条件2）x²-x=x(x-1)是y的整数倍，不能说明x自己是y的整数倍，比如x=6，y=15，x²-x=30是y的整数倍，但x不是。所以单独不成立。所以选A。
