个人倾向于B，原文说用新药比用旧药reinfection的几率要小，B项说新药不比旧药贵，排除了新旧比较的一个方面，strenghten;打个比方，我想买宝马，不买桑塔纳，因为宝马性能好，另一个人跟我说，两者的保修期一样长，者从侧面加强了我买宝马的信念，既然保修期一样，宝马性能好，我当然还坚持原来的主意啦。

而E说most patients feel fully recovered after taking the drug for three days.

只是病人自己feel fully recovered,到底会不会reinfected,不知道，因此不能加强原文！

原文是说 ：传统疗法p 和e 需要七天才能有效，但是病人们往往三天就停药，所以reinfection is common

现在又一种新药，只要三天就有效，所以它说结论是reinfection will be less.(这里就有一个假设，就是病人在用新药的时候至少要服三天，不会一天，或者是两天就停了。）E提供了这个假设：most patients feel full recovered after taking the drug for three days.感觉到完全好了，所以就停用了，这里就是要病人这种其实并不是理性的“感觉”，只要他们有这种感觉，就会停药，所以如果实际上还没好的话，就会提高reinfect 的几率了。

B选项，lz说的有道理，但是这只是提供了病人们会选用新药的理由。而这里讨论的是用了新药以后是不是真的能降低reinfection？B就无关了。因为就算是所有的病人都选用了新药，但他们还是在一天或两天内停药了，那么reinfection自然不会降低。
