答案是E，我觉得C更好。

因为arguement 里2个元素： safe seat  and  fuel cost .  C包含了2个元素，而且形成了削弱。而E里面只有1个元素，至少第二个元素是隐含的。没有C那么直接。

我做题时琢磨着按老美一根筋的思路C可能性大点。

还想不太明白为什么C错。

公司就是因为燃油成本高，所以尽量少采用最安全的座椅。油价越高，就越不应该采用最安全座椅。所以，C选项错误。

还有就是我习惯先排除那些元素不够的。比如说这题，E压根儿就没提油价，所以开始就被我排出了
