这只能说明追求平衡，依旧有帮助libral的嫌疑。

如果杂志社先得到一篇libral的时候，同样也能等到conservative 再发布，才能说明杂志对libral没有偏向

如果是，说明平衡，如果不是，说明对libral有偏向。
