做GWD24套中的第9套中的第17题，答案给的是A，原题如下：

虽然答案给的是A，但是我搜了一下网上的讨论，关于这个题的答案极其混乱，旧版的有的给出的答案是E的，还有些版本给出的答案是D。

其实我个人觉得答案应该是在A和D之间，但是A和D的差别太小了，基本围绕着according to和in accordance with，另外就是such as的用法做文章。

查了longman，感觉according to和in accordance with基本上一样呀。

according to: in a way that agrees with a system or plan, or obeys a set of rules
　The game will be played according to rules laid down for the 1992 Cup.
　Everything went according to plan , and we arrived on time.

in accordance with sth: formal according to a rule, system etc
　Article 47 may only be used in accordance with international law .
　Use this product only in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

另外，such ... as和... such as好像也都差不多，在GMAT里都碰到过。

倾向于A,这题考点应该是such as ，而不是两个介词词组的差异

请问这里考察的是such as的什么考点呢？

记得有这样的解释就是在描述遵循国家法律规定的方面应该用in accordance with而不是according to。我选了D）因为这里的criteria很明显是指一些法规了。。。

nn们有什么高见吗？

还是觉得考点应该是 such as 。在such...as 中没见过跟名词短语的 一般都是跟名词或者形容词 所以还是觉得A对。
