我看的答案是E 我怎么想也不觉得E是对的 我觉得五个答案搜不很好 我个人认为C是比较好的 所以我选的C

俺觉得~ 题目讨论的是关税和就业的问题，结论是说，降关税的话，会导致政府在城市失业方面作出的努力付之流水。或者说，不降关税，失业问题就不会变严重

E起到weaken: 农民种植的利润少了，他们就会离开土地去城里，这样还是会加重加城市的unemployment（因为不降关税，农民只好把自己的crop卖给 domestic processing plants，这样他们的利润没有那么多了，所以农村进城打工人口增加，失业问题就会变严重）

前天刚做的这套，我也选的是C

E 想简单点，就是农民进入城市，使的城市的就业率上升（因为 removing the tariff 对农民有利）

C 的说法是农民的就业好了，但是跟城市人就业怎么样无关
