answer is A.

我怎么也想不明白, Let x=8, z=9, (x+10)/2=9  So, z=(x+10)/2
                              Let x=8, z=13, So, z>(x+10)/2
所以, A 怎么会正确呢? 请NN 给指点一下? 谢谢啦!

想通啦. 是我读题读错了. 条件1的意思是Z 离10比它离X 要近.
所以, 既然Z 在X 的右边, 而且离10又近一些, 说明, Z 比X 和10的平均值要大
