推荐表格里有一项：How have the applicant's professional responsibility changed during the time you have known him/her"

如果这段时间内，没有变化，是不是就不用填了？或者它的主要目的是考查 申请人这段时间 的任务变化 来推断 是否进步，例如升职之类的？

My personal view: Responsibility here refers not only to your title,but also to your career progreww.Perhaps your assumed responsibility did not change,but you took initiative and went beyond your assumed responsibility. And that is a good demonstration of your leadership and maturity.
