答案是A吧。。。偶查了一下GWD的答案。。

...over the past 10 years...yet....这种结构显然是新旧对比，后面一种观点才是主题。这个观点就是boldface呀：）后面一句话是对这个新观点的支持作用。

我觉得2楼太把文章结构化了

这篇小文章就是讲hunter被blamed for deer decline, but black bear在hunting season也吃很多deer，潜台词就是decline的结果也由黑熊照成。然后boldface那句正好就是这个结论。
