我想这类问题只能用排除法，因为题目问的是下列哪个可能是正确的，注意可能二字。
ABCD不对，这显而易见，因为直接和题目给定的条件矛盾。只有E和题目中给定的前两个条件首先是不矛盾的，然后，第三个条件只是说有些有智慧的生物不是蛇，并没有说所有的蛇不能是智慧生物，因为智慧生物可以是包含蛇这个集合大的集合，我想这种题，运用纯逻辑的方式解决较好，而不要被题目中的具体事物本身误导。
