McKinsey in your B-Schools!

I found this while I am doing research. Basically you can have a look if McKinsey recruits on ur campus and how is your school's "勢力" in McKinsey. JUst select your school from the drop down list. You will find out the firm's staff dedicated in recruiting in ur school.

绝对数量上来说，貌似Wharton去的人也不少吧？

My guess is Kellogg is a marketing school, and marketing services is the most important part of consulting activities for a company, especially in FMCG, while FMCG is the major buyer of consulting business.

another thought is causality. lot of consulting or consulting focus people come to Kellogg leads to a big part of graduates come to consulting.

the making of Biggest employer might come from the higher retention rate of Kellogg than other bschool. say, 60 Wharton MBA recuited in and 50 Kellogg MBA recruited in in the same year, while 2 years later, 20 Wharton MBAs go to pursue a industry career. and 5 Kellogg MBAs left, that makes Kellogg still the bigger employer in MCK.
