19题，题干说了新赠馆藏产生财务压力的原因是储藏和保存，所以A里说应当是展出，而不是储藏起来，所以就weaken了么。

20题，oil便宜并且保持，这样看起来unless...gas也会便宜下去。为什么？因为用gas的人，在gas涨价的情况下，可以不用gas而且便宜的gas，需求减少，gas的价钱就涨不上去喽。
