大哥，增加了信心又能怎么样，肯定剩下的都是yy出来的，不能结合题目信息说明有了信心怎么样，而c是正确的，如9楼所说。提干：没有plan反而找钱时间更短。选项：是因为他们找了长期的伙伴。所以削弱了。

啊。。。貌似有点懂了哦。C是不是说enterpreneur在别人的帮助下才能保证他们的capital的安全~~所以plan还是需要的

这题是属于样本特殊性问题？

那万一绝大多数企业都能得到投资者长期资助呢？这点题目没有说明啊

C 是說 沒有做plan 的人 往往要尋求更多的資金  因此跟有做plan的人比起來, 前者需要更多的花費. 題目沒說為何會需要更多, 但只說 會從長期的夥伴尋求/拿取更多的資金, 我猜可能的原因是沒有好的規劃 所以往往有意外的支出.

總之 這個細節不是重點, 要以題目給的範圍來看.

而答案E 是說做了會有自信

我想 在影響力的比較上, 資金>自信  對吧?  實質>精神 層面.

所以選 C.

也就是说，用“那些NP用了那些P找到他们所需资金所用的时间地一半的时间找到了自己所需的资金”这个事实推出了“作正式计划对于找到所需资金是没有帮助的”，就是说那些NP和P一样都找到了资金，而且NP还更快一些找到他们的资金。

C选项说NP是靠长期合作那个关系找到的资金。那么如没有这个关系，他们可能就找不到资金，而他们找不到资金的原因可能就是没有做正式的商业计划。也就是说正式的商业文书对找到资金可能是有帮助的。这个题结论的逻辑对立面是“正式计划对于找到资金可能有帮助”，所以该选项削弱了结论。

求教对这道题目的翻译，而题目中的这句话：

我认为half the time不应该理解为用了一半时间的意思，而应该理解为一半人数的意思。就是half the time of those with plans必须连作一体来理解。而且题目的第一句是讨论人数的比例关系，第二句话就突然跳到了讨论时间，这个未免也太离奇了
