placement这个东西不能单纯的看，好学校也有差学生，但是一般学校的好学生永远没法达到好学校的好学生能place的水平。

but this year is an outlier for finance.
do you know about that Emory Korean,  where did this star go ?  any big offers.

这个“永远”太打击我这个大烂校的了，虽然是事实，但有空在版上转悠的基本都是一般学校的，不要这么直白嘛。。。

如果今年是outlier，明年也肯定是，学校明年的budget都是今年定的，今年budget缩，明年招人就少呗。
