B没主语，谁report了？1991？

C后面一个which带一个分词，太恶心了，干掉

D后边那个they说谁呢？我得琢磨，恶心，干掉

应该是

不过同时对particulary前面的"，”非常不解？？

这边为什么要在插入语之前加个and呢？

做题的时候就是因为看到这个and而将A选项无情的排除！
