A few thoughts on Yale Interview

Flew to New Haven for interview last week.

Campus visit: Extremely well-organised. Tour guides were really nice and helpful. Attended two classes as well (on social venture and operations). Great lively atmosphere in class.

Interview: w/ 2nd yr student. Standard questions re: resume (a few "why" questions which naturally came out of the details of the resume), why mba and why yale. No curve balls at all. Interviewer super nice - talked at length about his exciting moments of yale. 30 minutes passed quickly...

In general - I really feel that yale is a people-oriented place. Very Friendly - I am probably the nth person saying it here. Campus visit is esp. recommended if time permits. It would give u more feel about the school...
