Sorry, I only have English in the lab..

Since MFE programs are usually so expensive, I am not quite interested in those.. I think among the schools you just mentioned, Princeton might be a better choice, since you still have opportunities to get TA or RA works from other departments. I've found Penn State Univ offers a lot of scholarship, but am still not sure whether it's a good one. I've asked my uncle in U.S. He heard from his friends that it's a good one..I am still in the searching processs..sorry. Once I get known more, I will let you know.

Well, there are a lot companies don't accept foreigners. I've talked with Intel, Boeing, Hp, and some others. They're for sure that they can't hire foreigners because of the security issues. Besides, I also talked with some financial institutions. They usually reply you with "sorry, we don't want to hire international students".. maybe that only happens on the west coast.
