E错。一是Taste原文根本就没这方面的信息,二是原文已经说了The quality of unrefined olive oil is not actually defined in terms of acidity,并且其他人怎么判断这个质量,从原文也无法推出。

E为啥不能判断 判断一个东西的好坏 不是人来判断是谁判断 人不判断  用机器判断么 机器能用橄榄油么 从which the judges can taste  可以理解 可是 前面一句话 我想问是不是可以推出来 而且The quality of unrefined olive oil is not actually defined in terms of acidity  这句话不是被HOWEVER后面一句话给反驳了么?也就是说 free oleic acid→未提炼的橄榄油好坏 最后一句又说了橄榄油所含的free oleic acid 是判断油中酸度的标准 为啥E就不对 不敢苟同前辈们对E选项说的无关选项的想法  来个人帮忙解答  谢谢
