Hi,hero braveMBA, I have a question to ask you. Thank you for your patience.! I will take GMAT in the near future, but my sc is not so good by now, only 60% sometimes. In the same time my cr and rc is not so bad. SO I am considering to pay more attetion to cr and rc , but spend less time on figuring out sc during the formal test. Do you think its OK? My least possible objective is 680. Through this strategy , what is the possibility can I reach my objective. Thanks hero braveMBA.
Sorry for late and thank you for your trust to me.
Basically, I don't agree with your strategy for real test. Now, there are often more than 14 SCs during the CAT, sometimes even 16. If you got a bad score in SC, you would not attain your goal of 680. 680 is not an easy job because if you can get 680, actually you have opportunity to get 710. They are on the same level. However, to give up SC is a dangerous method. At least, it is highly risky.
I strongly suggest that you write 995 and carefully read OG SC again. PRINCETON 2004 SECTION OF SC is also a good material. SC needs you to cultivate the sense of judgment, so to do more exercises and summarize your wrong subjects is very important.
BALANCE AND PACE are key factors if you wanna achieve your goals.
If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to write to me. I will do my best to help me.
Hope you make sense. Good luck and have a nice weekend.
