Lack of work experience? Not really.

I know many people around me who got in top Bschools in less than 2 years of work experience. Nothing is impossible. It is about how you present yourself and how you convince the admin you can ADD VALUE to the incoming class.

I think you have good work experience that defininately adds diversity to your future classes. So do focus on your uniquness in your application. But I would suggest you take GMAT again, and with a well prepared application and faith in yourself, you will be competitive wherever you apply.

如果完全看过去工作成绩怎样怎样的话，那不是申请MBA了，是在评优秀员工了。那些问题其实都是不太重要，关键是对自己的情况要认清楚。不要以为好的客户经理就要发展新客户，客户越大越好，这种想法很外行。

只能说有参考价值, 但不是决定因素. 我的意思只是让楼主把工作业绩拿出来比较好评价, 如果单说证书, 不好评价

确实如此。不过个人觉得，如果在essay中能说好一个故事，可能比那些经历更重要了。毕竟都是3-5年的人，真正这么短时间就辉煌的人是不需要MBA了。
