Urgent help needed! CEIBS online application

Sorry, I can't type Chinese on my computer, but feel free to reply in Chinese.

I have been trying to logon to CEIBS' online application for the past hour, but couldn't log on. The server seems very busy. Is there anything I can do or someone I can call at CEIBS to find out what the problem is??
