我太笨了，完全看不懂什么意思，帮忙解答一下吧

If 10⁵⁰ – 74 is written as an integer in base 10 notation, what is the sum of the digits in that integer?

A. 424

B. 433

C. 440

D. 449

E. 467

题意说把 10^50-74用十进制数表示，最后这个数各位相加，结果是多少

那 10^50 是1 后面50个0，减74 就是48个9，然后十位是2，各位是6.
那最后就是

48×9 + 8 = 440.
