Thanks for sharing... However, I think it's not that easy for Duke to be so tough on this EA. As far as I know, many people applied in EA have been waitlisted by Duke, the result will only come out together with round 1 applicants. So if EA is a contract, that means Duke gives out early results to applicants, and applicants makes early promises. But now Duke have them waitlisted to round 1, then the contract should be modified too. Also, given the financial situation this year, if Duke cannot guarantee two year's co-signer-free loan for some students in need, then it makes no sense to force these people to come to Duke, because they simply can't afford it, and it's not their fault...
