Our factory in Cookville is our most advanced and efficient. 1. 对于why cookville地区生产drill bit零件的效率高这一问题没有进行分析，原因不明确，所以need more information to conclude that"we can reduce our overall drill bit production costs by devoting the Cookville factory entirely to drill bit production"。如果是不可复制的原因，即时都由cookville来生产，也不一定能够节约成本。

2. 关于shifting all other machine part production to our other factories所带来的成本变化也不确定。如果其结果是成本增高的话，那么即使第一点成立，成本增减相抵，也不能conclude that "help us to attain that larger goal"

3. (对楼主第2点的补充)减少part production cost不一定能够减少entire production cost,还有个组装的问题。新的生产安排可能会造成transportation费用的增加，而有可能导致production cost的最终增加。

4.可能确实，C厂生产的drill bits是最多的，但是质量却没有其他厂的好，销量并不乐观；
            

5.假设该企业的主打产品就是那个drill bits，而且要量很大，要是全让C厂做，C厂即使生产率最高，也是不可能生产出其他所有厂的产量的和的，而且其他厂会没有事情做。这样是不明智的
