2.这道题有一个自己的结论：fewer restrictions, overall legal costs decrease

解题：

1.题干指出这个结论也正确。我们仅仅相信它正确，而D是使得这个结论成立的一个充分条件，这属于演绎，而不是归纳，错。

2.ABE从前提和题目中的结论都不能推出。

所以，我认为凡是从前提和这个结论所作的推论过程都是都是属于演绎的过程：寻找结论成立的一个成分条件。这不应该属于归纳的范畴。

MUSTBETURE：其实答案就是句子开头的改写，限制越少，那么登广告的律师越多。后面给的那个do not specify fee arrangements就是一种限制，现在除去这种限制，那么登广告的律师就多了

其他错误选项，都没有根据题干来推，属于自由发挥，其实讨论价钱，是其中的干扰项

one against advertisements that do not specify fee arrangements, 这一句的句法和翻译都不明白。

2---therefore 后面的部分，说取消限制后的花费要比有限制的花费少。和前提，我怎么理解的是自相矛盾呢？怎么都绕不出来了。看大家的贴子也是越看越糊涂。哪出问题了呢？

条件1:restriction↓→lawyer advertise↑    

条件2：lawyer advertise↑  →cost↓         

(隐含条件：a.  restriction↓→部分restriction↓（即the one against advertisements that do not specify fee arrangements）

                   b.  部分restriction ↓→ advertise↑     ）

结论：部分restriction↓→ cost↓     

选项中有隐含条件a.b都对
