D本身就存在错误：

条件-->If more lawyers advertise lower prices for specific services,

推不出－－>some
lawyers who do not advertise will also charge less than they currently
charge for those services.（楼主如果觉得可以推出，是因为假设了：不做广告的最后也没办法会去做广告）

就更推不出－－>overall consumer legal costs will be lower

E的意思是：如果限制是针对所有类型的广告，那么大部分的律师都会做广告。

这个没有对比，无法体现整体cost会lower.

OG uses "still possible" for all the other answers. Anything with possiblility that is not mentioned in the reasoning chain is wrong. This also means, irrelevant items are wrong.

Besides in D: the decrease of cost by other lawyers is not a must to lower the overall price level
