Yan54188, we talked about on-campus interview, it's almost the same as    YiYi's discription. Not difficult at all. I am not sure    what the phone interview will be , but the questions must be the same, because they have to use the standdard evaluation form. Whatever it's on-campus interview or phone interview, get to the points directly, be concise and be yourself. Good luck    for you!

they called me 30 minutes earlier and I'm still sleeping, what a bad luck...

Today I received the offer from Queen's University. I submitted my application on Jan.7 and received an interview invitation after one week. I went to Queen's last week. It was a nice trip. If there is any question from any XDJM, I am willing to answer it

OK, I met Ms. Shannon Goodspeed in her office. She was a wonderful lady.  Queen's left me with a very good impression because of its personlized service for its students. It is my first choice in Canada. I am still dealing interviews from the US. My GMAT is very high so I applied for some top US universities but my applications were a little too late. Please wish me good luck.

I do not think there are any tough questions. In fact, after a few questions, the interview turned into a warm conversation.

The questions are:

1. self-introduction

2. any leadership I discovered in my subordinates

3. how to solve conflicts with my boss

4. why queen's

I belive that is all I have.
