恭喜Ling1000和Kathy72！我过几天也要电话面试，紧张... ...看到前面这么多战友被录取了，后面的机会真的是越来越少啊！！不知被录取的XDJM们口语是不是都很流利？我的口语不好，很是担心。


为我自己和其他几位尚未面试的战友们加油！

ND 是我面试的最后一间学校, 感觉没那么紧张了, 但口语还不算很流利. 因为之前针对面试准备了一些问题, 基本上是在心里拟了一个提纲, 回答时再随机应变, 所以经常要边说边想.


    个人感觉是面试前要对一些常规性题目所一些准备, 想好一些合适的例子(如LEADERSHIP, TEAMWORK, ETHICAL DILLEMA等)以便到时举例, 但最好不要将答案全部写出来, 面试时照读. 我面试第一个学校时就是这样, 回答时照着之前准备好的稿子读(当然读的过程中故作了一些停顿), 但感觉对方还是听得出来的, 面试后感觉不太好. 后来的几次面试我决定不准备详细的稿子, 宁愿结巴一些, 可能对方感觉更真实一些. 毕竟对方也知道中国人的口语水平, 太流利反而不正常了.


以上仅为个人的一点面试感想. 不同的人不同的口语水平可能准备有所不同.

Notre Dame interview is also the last one for me. Questions are all general questions:
- Describe your typical working day?

- Why MBA?

- What kind of consulting? (I mentioned that I want to go into consulting.)

- Is it difficult for you to switch from … to consulting profession?

- Leadership example?

- Leadership style?

- How would your coworkers/boss describe you?

- How would your friend describe you?

- What do you do for fun?

Just practice in interview situations in advance to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Then be confident in the real interview. Moreover, since we are Chinese applicants, we needn’t speak so fast. Just speak as clear as you can. That’s enough.
