I was interviewed by the admission director. The interview was a rather relaxed one, with some standard questions why MBA, why now, why Notre Dame etc., and walk through your resume. ND is famous for its emphasis on ethics, so make sure you have answers for that field.
I have not received the financial aid information yet. Actually, the flash email serves as an early notification and congratulation. Another email of formal admission notice is expected to come next week.
Just finished the telephone interview. The following are the questions:
0.what's the weather in SH 1.Describe your day to day work 2.team work experience 3.why ND 4.ethics dilemma 5.community activities 6.what questions do you want to ask me
the interview is not very long, around 15 minutes. just relax. good luck for you.
My interview was conducted on Jan 30. I received a letter (not an email) from the interviewer and I am not quite sure what this letter serves. It thanks me for talking to her and she enjoyed it. And then introduces ND blahblah...finally, " I look forward to learning more about you through the application process. If you have any questions or concerns,..."
I don't know what does it mean. What the hell questions should I have now?! Do you think I still need to do something, like sending her an email? Lulul, I had been expecting a good news after the interview, but I am not as lucky as you.
BTW, the processes of our applications for ND are very similar.
From what you described, I guess it was because your interview was scheduled and conducted before the admission committee finished reviewing all your materials.
You may keep communicating with the interviewer and show your real interest in ND.
