实在不懂 我觉得每一个选项是对的。。。。

我做这题的时候也错了

我觉得关键是在理解“ the percentage who retired to Florida has decreased ”这句里面的那个“retired to Florida ”，如果把这个理解成Florida这个地方retire了的人数下降了的话，那么选D就是正确的了。因为其他地方的人retire的多了，那么move out的人也就多了，所以Florida这个地方总共的那些来的人还是很多，他的那些为retire了的人服务的行业就不会受影响

但是，我怎么也觉得“retired to Florida ”不能这样理解

所以，同请高人指教这一题
