(1)     16x is an integer.

(2)     8x is an integer.

                  

A. Statement (1) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (2) alone is not sufficient.

B. Statement (2) ALONE is sufficient, but statement (1) alone is not sufficient.

C. BOTH statements TOGETHER are sufficient, but NEITHER statement ALONE is sufficient.

D. EACH statement ALONE is sufficient.

E. Statements (1) and (2) TOGETHER are NOT sufficient.

问x的十分位是不是非零整数。

排除法。

1肯定不对啊，设16x=1,x=0.0625 所以就算16x为整数，x的十分位还是0， 不成立

同理设8x=1， 则x=0.125，so  x的十分位为1， 非零了，正确。

为什么设1，如果你试试16X=2， 或者3，或者4的时候，就有大于0的可能了，要找的就是反例。同理，8X=1都成立了，2，3等等自然就没有反例了。
