感觉上C是解释题的答案，但还是不明白B。是说以前用natural gas的industrial users都转去用oil了，导致天然气的需求下降，从而价格下降吗？但。。。。这好像太牵强附会了也。。。。。。请问大家这道题该怎么理解啊？～～谢谢！～～

the  prices of substitutes are constrained by eath other.

呵呵，给海蓝举个例子
我们吃饭可以吃大米也可以吃馒头
大米很便宜那么馒头就不可能涨价很厉害
因为我们吃大米和吃馒头没有什么区别啊，呵呵
这就是原文所需要的一个支持

我感觉似乎这个题目解释为假设也说的过去，因为题目中的给出的条件和结论之间，有明显的跨度，需要一个条件的补充。试想，价格的决定是因为供求，C只是说了供不变，但并不能说明对天然气的需求是不变，更不能满足题目暗示的油与气的相关。
