is Fudan-HKU's MBA(international) degree a 'genuine' HKU master degree?

I am in Shanghai and I love the fact that this international MBA courses are taught in English at Fudan. But is Fudan-HKU's MBA(internation) degree a 'genuine' HKU master degree????? Ot it just a trick to make money?
