偶的看法： 这个undated document 的可能时间在  1739-20=1719  到 1739+20＝1759 年之间 （上下限应该再各往前，往后推一点，因为说了 off and on. ）

只有C是可以确定的，不管 1719年左右，还是1759年左右，反正都属于1765年以前。其它都不一定能推出来。
