Great exposure to different businesses and function lines. Since Cisco is very centralized, the program participants have high visibility to executives. In short, it's a great developmental opportunity.

BTW, what makes you feel google attractive?

google. As far as I know, Cisco is not that attractive to an HR person...

It really depends on what do you mean by "attractive". My personal experience with Google (not as an employee) is not that good. In contrast,  the training and C&B functions of Cisco turned out to be quite impressive on several occasions.

去NGO圆梦 感觉那里是一个可以发展自己的地方 因为既能实现一直以来为整个社会做贡献的目标 同时那里很多东西都还不完善 通过出国学习+实践摸索走出一条适合NGO的HR管理之路对我来说太有挑战性了!
或者就安稳的找个MNC做IN-HOUSE...不过那样的话也不用出国去学习了
