我想知道的是＂在中位数和平均数相同的时候＂不能说明什么吧．．

是E，因为人数定不下来。可以全部都是E。或者我们举例，5个人的分数是2，4，4，4，6。中位数是4，均值也是4，那么在4以下的只有2而已。

原题是
