这道题做倒是做对了 ，但是看解释，我的理解是E选项是以新规定颁布为时间分界，以前满意是乘客少，现在乘客多了，服务质量下降因而不满意，还是STRENGTHEN题干的。而OG给出的E的解释我不太理解啊
