选项1.新兴经济五年后需要的原油量至少会超过现在industrialized countries的需求量 (第一个NN的 选择)
(Outman:如果到时候大家加起来的需求都很少，谁多谁少无关)

选项2.发达国家的用油不会reduce((第二个NN的选择))
(Outman:到时候原油消耗不少于现在)

答案什么意思，到底以下哪种解释？
AS: 城市海鲜店将来会调整到比郊区低的价格。
取非-〉价格不比郊区低 -〉仍然profit会高啊！不一削弱

AS: 城市海鲜店将来会调整目前比郊区低的价格。
暗示目前价格城市的低

取非削弱 如果不调整的话，可能profit还是一样低  （我更倾向这种解释）

我觉得

选项1：如果到时候大家加起来的需求都很少，谁多谁少无关，

选项2：到时候原油消耗不少于现在
