请问这道数学题

不好意思问一道小学数学题“In a certain game, each player scores either 2 points or 5 points. If n players score 2 points and  m players score 5 points, and the total number of points scored is 50, what is the least possible positive difference between n and m?

a. 1

b. 3

c. 5

d. 7

e. 9

the correct answer is b. But why?

根据题目列出公式：２n＋５m＝５０

那么对n和m分别取值（至于怎么想到这么取，我说不太清楚）

Ｎ＝２０，　Ｍ＝２

Ｎ＝１５，　Ｍ＝４

Ｎ＝１０，　Ｍ＝６

Ｎ＝５，　　Ｍ＝８

只有这四种可能性，而Ｎ－Ｍ的绝对值最小的就是当Ｎ＝５，Ｍ＝８时，此时Ｎ－Ｍ的绝对值是３

多谢解答！看来是我对题目理解有错误，least possible被我理解成最不可能的。看来应该理解成  最小的可能的。对吗？

对原式变形，得n=25-m*5/2

由于n与m都是非零整数，m必为偶数，顺序取值则可有

m,      n

4         15

6         10

8          5 ——得解
