E是说多数的外国电影都提交给高声望的那一类别，而该类别的acceptance rate很低。

举个极端例子，假设只有两个类别A，B。A的acceptance rate为0％，B的acceptance rate为100%。国外电影超过一半提交到A，只有不到一半是B，国内电影刚好相反。那结果就会是国内电影比较多。
