based on my experience and some nns', i feel it's very important.
1) Verbal question styles. more close to real exam. (ps, Prep SC is also good, suggest doing both. if time not allowed, at least do some sets)
2) pacing. at least it's very crucial for me to score high. you just need to balance time and accuracy - these two are trade-offs. This is more like practice, make sure you time youself (try to improve to 75mins).
for controversial questions, if you have time, it worths the effort to see the discussing posts. if your time is contrained, just skip those discussions and focus on OG and your own grammar foundations.
another tips, there are concensus answer for old questions (e.g in set 1-15). but answers for some new questions remained unclear. for these new questions, as long as you understand each parties' point, it doesn't matter which one is the correct answer.
