超人小子

我用两个不同的模板谢了同一个题目，大家帮我看看，哪个更好。

第一个：

Currently, I hear about that a new movie theater may be built in my neighborhood. There may be by one or two disadvantages to build this movie theater; however, I believe that there are far more advantages. My arguments for this point are listed as follows.

 

First of all, perhaps one disadvantage to build the movie theater is that it will bring into trouble in traffic. The situation I live in is an assembling place that filled with a mass of resendence zone and a variety of the school including the elementary school, high school, and Vocation
                College. It is inevitable to have a traffic jam after the school. Have the movie theater been build, the condition of traffic would have been worse than the previous, especial at the moment of showing the movie made by some famous director. Another drawback to build the movie in my neighborhood involves the possibility that it will carry heavier burden on the environment. In the term of the complex living environment, it has been a headache problem to clean and beautify the surrounding. The people who watch the movie would bring more the living rubbish. In addition, some potteries without the permit would get together at the door of the movie theater in order to gain more profits. All of them could affect the living environment.

 

Even though there may be one or two disadvantages to build the movie theater, the advantages far outweigh them. The main reason for my propensity for the movie theater is that would enrich the culture living of the people in the neigh hood. The major of the resident mostly including the old man and the juvenile have developed some no good habit.  For example, the old man is likely to play mah-jong; the juvenile, however, is addicted to the computer game. These all influence the development of the mental and keeping fit, so that the movie theater would supply them with the new way of living. Another reason for my inclination for the build the movie theater that it could be urge to the economy development. For example, some necessaries such as building the theater, hiring the room and the promotion of movie would increase the local revenue; the new chance of employment would be supplied and so forth.

 

In a word, in spite of the fact that there may be a couple of disadvantages to build the movie theater, I feel that the advantages are more obvious in the aspect of enriching the culture living of the resident and urging to the economy development. Taking into account of all these factors, we may reach the conclusion that building the new movie theater is a good preference.

 

第二个：

Currently, a new movie theater may be built in my neighborhood; no issue is more important than one that whether the new movie theater is harm to our life or make it better. The answers differ from person to person, those who object the opinion that the condition of the quality of environment trend to backward. Their view is challenged by the other people, however who argue that the movie theater is better hold the view that people ’s quality of life would be increase to some extend. Personally, I advocate the attitude of the latter; because we can enjoy the advanced spiritual civilization the movie give.

 

I concede that in some aspects the movie theater bring the negative factor to the environment of the neighborhood. In the view of so late time of the movie ending, the noise is the big headache of every residenter especial at the night and summer day. The origin of noise mainly blends the barbaric discussion from the audiences with the arbitrary car horn, which affect the regular rest of the people seriously. What’s the worse thing is that building a movie theater nearby causes the traffic jam during the hour people going home. These various vehicles accompanying the audience will take a burn on the traffic of my neighborhood.

 

Even though the movie theater do harm to the environment, the movies provided by it also are conducive to enrich the culture living of the people in the neighborhood. In the term of far distance to the center of the city, it is impossible for the residenter to enjoy amusement in the nearby area, so that the people have a dream that could have a pastime in the expense of spending less time in the vehicle. The movie theater will make this dream come true. What’s more important thing is that the movie theater has enough attraction to the juvenile so that help them discard the bad habit of playing the computer game.

 

The second reason drives me to backup this point of view is that the movie theater would be urge to the development of the economy. While the movie theater attracts the mass of people to consume, it also increases the taxes of the city. With the number of consumer increase, the other entertainment term also has choice to build up, such as the restaurant, hotel, coffee house and so forth. What’s more, the movie theater also provides the more opportunity of employment.

 

I believe the potential benefits of building the movie theater would outweigh the defect. If the people take the proper precautions, such as the prescriptions that evacuate traffic, resolve the noise problem and the important is to protect our living environment.

 

Obviously, all the analysis leads to the undoubted viewpoint that building the movie theater is better, because it make our life more pleasant, as well as the economy have a great progress.
