要找一个能支持出租游戏碟的商人反对上述法规的选项，那么就要站在租游戏碟商的利益去想。如果向C所说，大多数人都只是对最新的游戏感兴趣，并不喜欢发行了一年的游戏。那么如法规所说，只能在发布一年后才能出租的话，那出租游戏碟的商人不就是因吸引不到人而亏大了。。。但电影发布一年后仍然有吸引力，那规定对出租电影的就没有太大的影响了。。。。自然那些出租游戏碟的人不会认同此法规了。
