第一题选D吧，我理解是 选项中哪一个数比这个list里四分之三的数都大 但又比这里面四分之一的数都小的？

这样就应该是大小在第六个数（8*0.75）和第七个数之间  小于73大于69

呃。。。。以为“the next larger integer" 也是属于card上的一个数。。。。谢谢指点。。。。。
