答案是C， 想请问一下B为什么不对，原文说 advance in the quality =〉raises customer expectations  逆否命题不就是，can not customer expectations =〉fail in advancing the quality of its products 吗？正好是B啊。

anticipate the expectations (company) 不等于 raise expectation (customer)

如果B选项是, can not raise expectation=>fail in advacing in the quality 才是原文的逆否命题.
