I think if you essay is over 4.0, the total will be over 250

my understanging about the score between TWE and total:
every 0.5 of twe will be equavalent of 3.3 of the total,
So if the max is 263, if your TWE is 4.0 then,263-4*3.3=250.

correct me if it is not right.
