答案是 A  我选的是D 其实当时在这两个选项中看了很久，D不知道哪里错了 A的意思又不是十分明白恳请指教！！

D的错误在，如果过滤掉了其他光，只留下红光，那么这些有DISORDER的人就可以忍受moderately bright light了。这假设了moderately bright light不能被忍受的原因是moderately bright light里面的其他颜色的光使得这些人觉得moderately bright light.很强烈很刺眼。但是题目没有说。还假定了moderately bright light包含了红光。题目只说了 retinas are overwhelmed by moderately bright light

A我也没明白～～我做这个题目用的排除法～最后就剩下了A

最后一句red components of moderately bright light.   就是说moderately bright light 中的红光成份啊  而且 既然对MBL中的红光成份 不敏感但对MBL总体敏感 那么不是过滤其他光只留红光就对他们有帮助了吗？ 还是不明白……    对MBL敏感+对MBL的红光不过分敏感，不就是可以推出滤去其他光就可以帮助病人看MBL了吗？
