  把所有的人的平均工资总数想成瓶子中装水.   这个瓶子, 倒出去一部分, 装进去一部分.

   新增加的多啦, = 装进去的多啦.. 那么只要, 倒出去的不比原来多 , 那么总数就会比原来多.
